Miles and I showed his '67 Plymouth drop-top Sport Fury at Jimmy's Old Car Picnic a couple weeks ago--we'll have to do it again next year. I took my Lomo Smena Symbol and snapped a roll of B&W. Check out the set on Flickr.

Billetproof 2006 - 03

Billetproof 2006 - 03

It was the 10th annual show, but I haven't been in years. The last time I went, it was held in a bowling alley parking lot. Now, they're fillin' up the Antioch fairgrounds with probably close to 1000 cars, customs, trucks, and rods. It was a very cool thing to see and I look forward to next year's show.

I brought my Holga to shoot off a quick 12, and Miles brought one of his oldies (it was a old kodak kids camera, I believe). I'll see if I can't post some of his shots when he gets them developed.

So, I worked the Ubi booth at the Penny Arcade Expo this year up in Seattle (Bellevue).

When I'm mucho fatiguo from a long day of demo'ing games, nothin' cheers me up like seeing someone wearing a t-shirt that I made.

No, it's never happened before. But if it happens again, I'm *pretty* confident that it'll still cheer me up.

That's Andrew, btw, and he's wearing an original run "Pirates Are The New Monkeys" (or PATNM, as Boyd and I call them) t-shirt. There are less than 50 of these suckers floating around in the world (because I was poor at the time and could only afford to run off a few shirts every time I got a freelance paycheck), so imagine my surprise to see one floating through the crowd at the show.

I think Boyd and I should start a Scurvy Dogs Fan of the Month.

And let's kick it off--October's SDFotM is ANDREW.

Congrats, Andrew.
